Instructions of use
Mix the paint remover thoroughly before use. Test the product on a small area to gauge the effect on the paint and the surface material. Certain types of plastic may be damaged by the product. Spread a thick layer of paint remover. Let it take effect over 1 – 12 hours, for example overnight. The duration of action depends on the paint type as well as the number and thickness of paint layers. The paint remover can remove up to 9 layers of paint unless pockets of air are formed between the layers. In that case the paint remover is not able to absorb any deeper and it is worth repeating the treatment.
Avoid using paint remover in direct sunlight or windy weather. If you have to work in such conditions, cover the treated surface with cling film to stop the evaporation of the paint remover. The softened paint can be removed with a scraper or wire brush. Wash the surface with Uula Washing Agent according to instructions. Sand the washed and dried surface with sand paper. Removing paint from exterior surfaces is easiest using a high pressure washer or hot water pressure washer (60–90°C). It is important to start washing from the bottom and work your way up. All removed paint waste must be taken to a hazardous waste collection point.
