Terms and conditions for online purchase and delivery
It is important to us that you are happy with the products you have purchased. Always check the products on arrival and make sure the delivery matches the order you placed. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days. We try to process the orders and ship them as soon as possible. If you have any questions or you would like to change your order, please contact our customer services tel. +358 10 820 0020 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Currently we are not set up to ship products outside of Finland.
Purchase products in the webshop by placing them in the shopping cart and paying for them with your chosen payment method. After this it is no longer possible to change your online order. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email, please keep hold of it. You are expected to have read and accepted the current terms and conditions of sale.

We will process your order as soon as possible after you have placed it. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days, provided that we have the product in stock. Should the product temporarily be out of stock or have an unusual delivery time, the product will be shipped as a follow up delivery.
Should the product have got lost or damaged during delivery, or not match your order, you must notify us within 14 days by phone or in writing. If the product has got damaged in delivery, it is important to mention it to the courier when taking receipt of the product.
If you have received a faulty, damaged or the wrong product, or some items are missing from your order, please get in touch with our customer services at email@example.com or +358 10 820 0020.
Your order will be delivered to your nearest Post Office or alternatively direct as a Home Parcel to your house. The products are delivered by Posti postal services and the final delivery time is dependent on their schedule and how busy they are.
The delivery prices for online orders are: Parcel 6,50€ / Home Parcel 12,50€ tai 16,50€.
Every now and then our online shop offers free deliveries with a campaign code. More information can be found on our home page.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. You must inform us of your decision to cancel by phone, letter or email, within the 14 day period. Returning the goods or not collecting them from the Post Office without notifying us about your wish to cancel the order, is not sufficient to grant a refund. If you want to cancel your order, but the cancellation is not to do with a fault in the product, it is your responsibility to pay for its return transport.
Exchange and return policy only covers untinted paints and products that are unopened and unused. The products must be stored according to instructions, usually in room temperature. If the returned product has been treated or packaged with negligence, you are responsible for the depreciation of the product up to the full value of the product at the most. We will refund you as soon as we have checked the product has been returned undamaged.
Return and cancellation policy does not cover tinted paints. Paints are tinted by order of each individual customer.
Corporate customers do not have right of cancellation.
Follow these instructions when returning products:
On our website you can find product descriptions and specifications, safety releases, potential hazard statements, as well as instructions for use and painting. The customer is responsible for testing the product for his/her specific use. We do not take responsibility for problems due to incompatibility with intended use. The customer must always read the instructions of use within the technical details and the potential hazard statements. We do not take responsibility for problems caused by not following these instructions, such as incorrect storage or usage, or insufficient protection of people or property during use.
If the product you ordered is not available, we reserve the right to cancelling the purchase. Please note, that the online shopping cart does not reserve products from the warehouse until the order has been paid for.
We take responsibility for potential defects in our products according to Finnish law. In an event of disagreement you may pass the case on to the Consumer Disputes Board. Prior to contacting the Consumer Disputes Board, we recommend getting in touch with Consumer Advice. Consumer Disputes Board may not take the case on if the customer has not been in touch with Consumer Advice first.
Uula Color online shop reserves the right to cancelling the order in the case of clear pricing errors. Clear pricing errors mean erroneously priced webshop products with a significant difference between the price given and the actual price of the product. In such cases the price difference is so significant that the customer is expected to understand the error.
Uula Color online shop is not accountable for delays or damage due to unforeseeable or unstoppable reasons outside of our control. Force majeure includes industrial action or strike, illness of personnel, import or export embargo and disruption in deliveries. In the case of the force majeure situation carrying on for longer than three months, both the customer and Uula Color online shop have the right to cancel the order without any indemnity or interest on arrears.
Uula Color online shop may make changes to the terms and conditions for example due to changes in law.
